• Display nearby store closing sales based on your location
• Allow you to post sales, vote, and comment
• Identify you as the original poster of a sale or comment
• Moderate inappropriate content reported by the community
• Send push notifications about nearby sales (if you opt-in on mobile)
• Improve the service and develop new features

Public Information: Sale listings, comments, and votes are public and visible to all users.

Third-Party Services: We use the following services that may collect data:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Mapbox (maps)
• Google OAuth (authentication)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sale Listings: Automatically archived after 60 days of inactivity or when the community votes them as closed.

Images: Automatically deleted after 30 days or when the sale is archived.

Comments: Retained as long as the sale exists. Archived when the sale is archived.

Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of location-based features
• Edit or delete your comments (within 15 minutes of posting)
• Report inappropriate content

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
